Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed within 48hrs of when they are placed on our website, unless the order was placed during a holiday or weekend, in which case the order will be processed on the next working day.

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once your order is verified, we will process it within 1-6 day and send it to your shipping address.

All of our products leave our facility 1-6 days after the order is shipped. We ship to all countries by ship, which allows us to offer international service.

Estimated average time: Our products are shipped in 1 – 2 days:

Usually: 3 – 6 days when a weekend or public holidays occur.

In special cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical problems, shipping may take 1 – 2 weeks.

If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed with a refund for orders that were lost/not shipped.

All our prices include free general post as per below:

All of our smaller shipments are shipped as domestic small – large letter untracked to keep our cost down for clients. You will be asked to wait 3 weeks before any refund will be processed.

  • Your honesty will keep prices down for our clients
  • Continuous refund due to lost post will increase our prices to provide tracking.
  • Parcel post or tracking can be purchased through our shop

All of our larger shipments are insured and have a tracking number, which can facilitate the delivery of your order.

    Please note
    *If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and notifies us a few minutes after the order is placed (before the parcel and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund and further shipping of the package will be at the expense of the customer and the buyer.

    *If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, notification will proceed via PO Box and if the package is not received by the notified office within 15 days, it will be reshipped to the factory that lost the package with no possibility of refund.

    *If the package has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, as shipments are under the delivery of external companies of the Bling Things & Treasures and we do not have the authority to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case they have not provided the correct address, moved house, etc.

The estimated delivery time may be affected by factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance.
